General

Q.   I forgot what email address I use to login.
A.   If you happen to forget the email address you used to log in, please email us at SA@recruitwisconsin.com and we will send you the proper sign-in email address to have access to your profile.

Q.   I forgot my password.
A.   Simply click the "Forgot Password" button on the homepage or click here. All you have to do is enter the email address you use to sign in, and your password will be automatically retrieved and sent to you via email.

Q.   How do I change my login information – email and/or password?
A.   Login to your profile as usual. To change your email address, click on the "Edit Profile" button and change the email address listed. Be sure to click on "Save". If you would like to change your password, login and then click on the "Change Password" button. Follow in the instructions given on the page. Again, be sure to click "Save" when finished.

Student-Athletes

Q.   I’m a student-athlete and want to sign-up, how much does it cost?
A.   Recruit Wisconsin is a FREE service for you as a high school student-athlete. Play a part in your future as a college athlete and sign-up today!

Q.   How do I know that the information I provide for my profile will be safe and secure?
A.   Recruit Wisconsin will not sell or distribute your information to any third party. Please also re-visit our Privacy Policy.

Q.   As a potential college student-athlete, does registering with Recruit Wisconsin.com violate NCAA regulations?
A.   Signing up with Recruit Wisconsin will NOT violate NCAA regulations or affect your eligibility to compete at the NCAA level. For further information on NCAA recruiting and eligibility, we encourage you to visit the NCAA website.

Q.   I would like to delete my student-athlete profile, how do I do it?
A.   If you would like to delete your student-athlete profile, please email us from the email address used in your profile at SA@recruitwisconsin.com and provide your profile password so that we can verify your identity. Your account will then be deleted.

College Coaches

Q.   I’m a college coach and want to sign-up, how much does it cost?
A.   As a college coach, your program can sign up for one of three subscription levels. Click here for more information.

Q.   As a college coach, how can I search for athletes?
A.   You are able to search for potential student-athlete profiles by means of graduation year, name and/or high school.

Q.   I’ve submitted my college coach subscription information, now what?
A.   Within 2 business days of signing up, you will receive an email from Recruit Wisconsin verifying your subscription and providing you will a billing statement. Upon receipt of that billing statement and payment, Recruit Wisconsin will promptly activate your account and you will have access to student-athlete profiles for one year.

Q.   I subscribe to Level I service and we have now have camp information available, what do I do with it?
A.   When you have your Summer Camp information available, please submit a PDF of the camp flyer to us at collegecoach@recruitwisconsin.com and we will post it for athletes to be able to access. Student-athletes will also get email reminders about camp information.
