1. You represent and warrant that your use of the Website does not violate any NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, OR OTHER RECOGNIZED ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, rule, or local, national or international law.
   
   
2. You agree that all of the information you provide to the Website and Recruit Wisconsin, LLC is completely accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for the information you submit and the consequences of providing incomplete or inaccurate information. In connection with user submissions, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use, and authorize Recruit Wisconsin, LLC to use, all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all user submissions to enable inclusion and use of the submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms and Conditions. Recruit Wisconsin, LLC is not responsible for any misrepresentation by an athlete, his or her family, or a coach or school made through the Website.
   
   
3. You agree that you will not alter or modify any part of the Website other than as may be reasonable necessary to use the Website for its intended purpose.
   
   
4. You agree that you will never use another's username or password to access an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs through your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Recruit Wisconsin, LLC immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although Recruit Wisconsin, LLC will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Recruit Wisconsin, LLC or others due to such unauthorized use.
   
   
5. By registering for a college coach's account, you represent and warrant that you are a NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, OR OTHER RECOGNIZED ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, Division I, II, or III or other college athletic association (e.g., NAIA, NAJCAA, etc.) head coach, assistant coach and/or official collegiate recruiter.
   
   
6. By registering for a high school or club coach's account, you represent and warrant that you are currently employed or have been previously employed by a high school or club organization in the sport for which you are registering.
   
   
7. By registering as an athlete, you represent and warrant that you are a high school athlete or college student who is looking to transfer to another university as a NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, OR OTHER RECOGNIZED ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION,, NAIA, NJCAA, OR OTHER RECOGNIZED ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, athlete.
   
   
8. By misrepresenting your status as an athlete, college coach, high school coach or club coach you can and will be held liable for your actions and the consequences thereof. Recruit Wisconsin, LLC may immediately terminate your use of the Website and further reserves all rights to pursue further action, including legal action, against you.
   
   
9. You agree that you will not access, or attempt to access, those files contained on the Website which are reserved solely for the Website's administrators and authorized representatives of Recruit Wisconsin, LLC.
   
   
10. You agree that you will not solicit other Website users and/or members. Soliciting registered users of the Website, either coaches or athletes, is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any and all persons or companies soliciting registered users of the Website.

The content on the Website, including the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like (collectively, "Content"), and the trademarks, service marks, logos and trade dress contained therein (collectively, "Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Recruit Wisconsin, LLC, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under domestic and foreign laws and conventions. You agree that you will not use any of the Website's and Recruit Wisconsin, LLC's Content and/or Marks without prior written permission from Recruit Wisconsin, Inc.

Neither the Website, nor Recruit Wisconsin, LLC, are in any way affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any other recognized athletic association. All users are responsible for their own actions. All users are responsible for knowing the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or other pertinent athletic association's rules, regulations, and laws. All users are responsible for abiding by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or other pertinent athletic association's rules, regulations and laws.
    
    
14. You understand and agree that neither the Website, nor Recruit Wisconsin, LLC, is responsible for coaches and/or athletes who violate NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, other recognized college athletic association, or specific sport governing body rules and regulations. Violators are subject to account termination. Recruit Wisconsin.com does not promote any violations of NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, other recognized college athlete association, or specific sport governing body rules or regulations.

Recruit Wisconsin, LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.
